Description

A Chinese Qing Dynasty period natural elmwood armoire from the 19th century, with four doors, bronze hardware, bamboo and floral carved motifs. Created in China during the Qing Dynasty, this armoire features a linear silhouette perfectly complimented by a natural elmwood structure. Four doors (double ones flanked by single ones), all fitted with bronze hardware, are adorned with floral and bamboo motifs carved in low-relief.

These doors open to reveal inner shelves and hidden drawers offering convenient storage space. A deep compartment sits at the bottom. The ensemble is raised on four straight legs with carved spandrels in the front. Its clean lines, subtle carved décor and natural patina will make this 19th century Qing Dynasty Chinese elmwood armoire an excellent choice to decorate any bedroom, living room or foyer.
