Late Qing dynasty black lacquer and burl wood Chinese Hebei cabinet of unusual (lower and wider) proportions with accordion doors from the 19th century. This accordion style doors cabinet was made in Hebei, China during the late Qing dynasty. Featuring convenient accordion doors allowing full access to the inner shelves, the cabinet presents three drawers in its lower section. The doors and drawers are all adorned with gorgeous burl wood panels, contrasting beautifully will the dark hue of the black lacquer. A discreet red trim accents the piece nicely.
