How to use:

1) Wrap the loop around a collar or leash. 

2) Remove the loop, insert the light into an RC Coat or Sweater by sliding it underneath the integrated grommet and popping it in by pushing up. 

Activation

Press and hold for 2 seconds to turn on or off.  Press 1X for quick flash and 2X for constant.
