Gynoecious. Sassy offers growers a gynoecious hybrid pickle with a darker green fruit color and a little more fruit length. Strong vines with a good disease package produce high, concentrated yields of tapered fruit that have eye-appealing dark green exteriors and excellent interiors. Sassy works well in the North or South and can be either machine or hand harvested. Intermediate resistance to ALS, anthracnose, CMV and PM, and resistance to scab.
