This red mizuna mustard hybrid has exceptionally uniform leaf color, shape, and size. Great for baby leaf and mature leaf harvests, the deep red color is maintained through maturity, on both sides of the leaf. Upright plants make it easy to harvest the mild, peppery flavored leaves.
