Red Pontiac is a mid-to-late season variety offering sweet, solid white flesh, dark red skin, and terrific flavor. A great all-around choice for boiling, baking, frying, and mashing. Harvest early for new potatoes. Very adaptable, growing well in the South and North. Maturity: 90-100 days. Hardiness zones 3-9. Approximately 5-8 seed potatoes per pound.
