A Chinese vintage red lacquered bird cage from the 20th century with handle and hexagonal base. Born in China during the second quarter of the 20th century, this charming bird cage features a red lacquered surface, accented with delicate cartouches on the sides.

Presenting a large curving handle allowing the piece to be moved easily, this Chinese red bird cage circa 1920-1940 will be a lovely decorative accent in any home, perhaps anchoring a buffet, commode or console table.
